We want you to love your purchase from Qtnesh. Here’s a clear breakdown of our policies for returns, exchanges, and other issues.
Unstitched Outfits
We accept returns on unstitched outfits within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at tannaheaven1@gmail.com for confirmation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
To prevent misuse and ensure fairness, the following items are considered final sale:
- Standard Size Outfits: All outfits purchased in standard sizes (XXS to 12XL) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We highly recommend reviewing our size chart or contacting us for a personalized size recommendation before placing your order.
- Custom Stitched Outfits: These items are made to your specific measurements and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sizing and Color Discrepancies
- Size Variations: Due to the nature of our products, sizes may vary by 0.5 to 1 inch, and the length may vary by 1 to 2 inches. This applies to all unstitched, standard, and custom-stitched products.
- Color Variations: The actual color of your outfit may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in screen resolution, camera flash, and lighting conditions during photography. We do not accept returns based on color or personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take great care to ensure you receive the correct, high-quality item. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or completely wrong product due to our error, we will replace it at our cost.
- Wrong Product: If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered, please contact us at tannaheaven1@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery. We will arrange to have the incorrect item returned to us, and we’ll cover the shipping fee. Once we receive the item, we’ll send a replacement of the same product, size, and color. We do not offer refunds for incorrect items.
- Damaged Product: If your outfit arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at tannaheaven1@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery. You must retain all original packaging and tags. We will ask you to return the defective item, and we’ll cover the return shipping fee. If, upon inspection, the item is found to be defective due to our mistake, we will send a replacement of the same product, size, and color. We do not offer refunds for damaged items. If the tag is removed or if we determine the damage was caused by customer misuse, we will not accept the return and will ship the item back to you at your expense.
Other Important Details
- Order Cancellations & Changes: We do not accept order cancellations. You can request a size change or product modification within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.
- Address Changes: We can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once it is with the shipping company, we cannot make any changes.
- Decorative Items & Jewelry: Any tassels, latkans, jewelry, or other decorative items shown in product photos are for display purposes only and are not included with your outfit.
- Odor: Some traditional outfits may have a slight odor from a fixation agent used during the dyeing process. This is temporary and should disappear after dry cleaning. We dry-clean all items before shipping, but the smell may return due to packaging. We recommend dry cleaning the outfit again after you receive it
